This Espresso Blend is the result of a combination of coffees from carefully selected farms, crafted to deliver a balanced and consistent cup profile.

The blend currently brings together the work of seven producers from the Chalatenango region, spanning La Palma, San Ignacio, and neighboring municipalities. These small-scale farmers, who have cultivated coffee for generations, continually refine their practices to ensure exceptional quality in every harvest. Traceability and sustainability remain central to their approach, guaranteeing that each bean comes from responsible farming with a positive impact on the environment.

All participating farms embrace traditional agricultural methods, applying a balanced mix of chemical and organic fertilizers. They avoid the use of herbicides, and their forestry is diverse, featuring ingas, pines, cypresses, cedars, and a variety of fruit trees.
