Brazil Fazenda Paraiso

Brazil Fazenda Paraiso

The agronomist Guy Carvalho bought Fazenda Paraiso in 1990. Passionate about coffee, Guy Carvalho’s approach is quality driven. In 1996 Fazenda Paraiso participated in Project Gourmet in Brazil, this project was in partnership with OIC to improve quality and introduce the process of Pulped Natural into this farm. Grown in Cabo Verde, an area with near - perfect coffee growing conditions. Defined seasons lend to a balanced, decadent bodied Arabica. Notes of red stone fruits and chocolate with an added caramelized complexity and hints of marshmallow and nougat.

Sweet Cherry Surprise!

This coffee knocked my socks off. The tasting notes for this coffee seem a little understated, this has to be one of the sweetest espressos I have ever made. And it really is HEAVY on the cherry. Personally it suits my tastes really well. It doesn't mix too well with milk, the coffee has enough sweetness already, definitely a dark drink. What a nice surprise.

Great coffee but

There's no doubts this is a nice coffee, but a little weak for me. If you like a medium coffee strength then it's for you.. could any body recommend a full strength strong coffee bean, working my through potterbeans collection all good
