Our Espresso Blend is available in large 1.2kg tins, offering the same carefully balanced and dependable cup profile in a format suited to those who brew regularly. Created from coffees sourced from thoughtfully selected farms, this blend is designed to deliver consistency, character, and quality in every batch.

The current blend brings together coffees from seven producers in the Chalatenango region, including La Palma, San Ignacio, and surrounding municipalities. These smallholder farmers come from long-established coffee-growing families and continue to refine their methods with each harvest to produce coffees of outstanding quality. Their approach places strong emphasis on traceability and sustainability, ensuring the coffee is grown responsibly and with care for the local environment.

Across the farms, traditional growing practices remain at the heart of production. Farmers use a balanced combination of organic and chemical fertilisers, avoid herbicides, and maintain diverse tree cover including ingas, pine, cypress, cedar, and a range of fruit trees.
