Ethiopia Gargari Gutity | Natural | Yirgacheffe G1

Ethiopia Gargari Gutity | Natural | Yirgacheffe G1

Yirgacheffe’s climate plays an important part in shaping its natural coffees. Harvest season typically brings dry weather and plenty of sunshine, with warm days giving way to cool nights. These conditions help whole coffee cherries dry steadily on raised beds, with little rain to interrupt the process.

Alongside this favourable climate, Ethiopia’s rich diversity of coffee varieties contributes to the character of the cup. Together, they help explain the rounded flavours and balance that make natural coffees from this region so well loved.
