In the valleys of Tolima's high mountains, the winds blow all year round, up from the Rio Blanco River and through the coffee fields - filling the air with sweet coffee flower fragrances. Grown at altitudes of 1500 to 1900 metres by various farmers in the region. This is a well structured, balanced coffee. Shipped by sail to the UK by New Dawn Traders. On the Gallant, a journey of 84 days covering 5600 nautical miles.
